This essential relationship must be in good shape, If we want to be in a harmonious relationship with others.
Fear is our worst enemy. Next is lack of trust in ourselves. While a third impediment is having personal boundaries that resemble Swiss cheese, with many holes in them, leaving us depleted and resentful. Last but not least is lack of self-forgiveness.
In working with individuals, I help you develop awareness and understanding of such inner obstacles within the context of your present life situation and web of relationships, which allows for healing to take place from within, in the form of a healthy and loving connection with yourself.

In providing you help with marital or relationship conflict, my goal is to compassionately hold a mirror, to help you develop fresh awareness of habits of thought and behavior, that are blocking you from being genuinely You, and thus feeling joy and contentment in your relationship.
